The Power of Prayer
36 year-old Landon Dennis grew up in St. George, UT, in a home inhabited by “dark entities.” Sometimes at night he would have a sudden attack of goosebumps and a deeply cold feeling. He would be able to see figures, called the “shadow people,” one of whose visage Landon found particularly frightening.
But there were also good, or at least, comforting, occurrences. One night, Landon had a dream while sleeping on the couch, in which his niece came to tell him that she’d be ok, not to worry. Just then the phone rang and startled him awake. From the responses his grandfather gave on the phone, he knew that his niece had just died in a car accident.

Although Landon had loving parents and was raised well, after a motorcycle accident he became addicted to pain killers. Soon, drugs consumed his life. At one point, he overdosed, fell backwards, and cracked his head. At some point during the subsequent ambulance ride, **BOOM**, he found himself completely elsewhere in a beautiful, peaceful place.
While there, he got to see his grandfather and his niece, who reminded him that they could never part—the family was forever. Importantly, Landon was shown specific instances in which prayer healed something. This is so important, because people do not always see the outcome of their prayers.
